Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ltd (NZBN 9429039377319) are running a competition with the prize being a Gift Card (“Prezzie Card”) valued at $250NZD. The competition shall be on the following terms and conditions which, by participating, all participants acknowledge that they understand and agree:
 

• The promotion period shall be 1 February 2017 to 31 March 2017 at 5.00pm AEST (‘Promotional Period’).
• The region of the competition is New Zealand and is open to Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ltd customers contacted by Battery Hotline to “Go Paperless.”
• To enter, participants must have accepted to receive their invoices and statements from Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ltd electronically (‘Entry’). The Entry confirmation will be sent via email to the nominated email address provided by the participant. Participants will automatically entre the draw unless otherwise requested.
• The draw will involve one entry being selected at random on Monday 3 April 2017 at 14.00pm at Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ldt, 259 Church Street, Onehunga, Auckland, 1061, New Zealand.
• The winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the Draw. The results will be published on the Century Yuasa Website, http://www.cyb.co.nz/  
  The Winner shall receive the Prize via post. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be made out to their legal parent or guardian.
• If the Winner does not claim their prize within 2 weeks of notification, a redraw will occur after expiry of that 2 week period at 14.00pm on 24 April 2017 in the same manner as the initial draw.
• The nature of the competition is a lottery with no element of skill involved. Every Entry has equal chance of winning.
• In the event of a dispute involving any aspect of this competition, Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ltd will make a decision which will be final and binding.
• Directors, management and employees of Century Yuasa Batteries (NZ) Ltd are ineligible to enter.
